TEXAS — The wintery mix of precipitation caused power outages across Texas on Sunday.
Nearly 5,000 Oncor customers are affected by power outages in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and in Midland/Odessa.
In Austin, about 4,000 Austin Energy customers are experiencing a power outage.
CPS Energy is working to restore power to about 300 customers in San Antonio.
